March’s topic is Client & Market Assessment, with our special guest Deb Siegle.<\/strong> Client & Market Assessment focuses on the information you should be gathering on a regular basis to ensure that you are aware of changing market trends, competitive strategies, and your customers\u2019 viewpoint. This information is critical to ensuring that you are offering relevant products, services, and value to your target market, including your current customers.
